Velvet Strings are dynamic electric string quartet who push the boundaries of traditional electric string groups. With live effects, extraordinary energy, and a fresh take on the genre, the quartet will take you on a musical journey from ambient bliss to a high-octane experience. Performing specially arranged tracks from artistes such as Fatboy Slim, Pink Floyd, Madonna, Muse the show is perfect to impress any audiences.

Velvet Strings musicians have extensive professional performance and studio experience, and have come together to create an act that brings fresh ideas, incredible musicianship, and impact to their audiences. The members have performed with many famous names, TV shows and west end shows including Alfie Boe, Andrae Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow, Jessie J, Royal Variety Performance, Les Miserables, Lord of The Dance and Wicked to name just a few.

The Velvet Strings electric string quartet provides a high impact 15 minute show created especially to showcase their vibrancy, versatility, and improvisational skills. The ensemble can also offer classical/pop/chillout background sets to complement the show, and to build the event up to the high impact show.
