Jewish Wedding at The Langham in London

On 25th August 2019 Ambassador 16 piece Jewish Wedding Showband were booked to perform at The magnificent Langham Hotel in London for the Jewish wedding on Gaby and Alex. The bride and groom were really into their music, especially the Soul, Motown and funk side and wanted a super talented and interactive wedding showband that really new how to authentically play these genres. Beyond this they also wanted some club classics and modern pop and also a killer Israeli dancing set to start the night off – This had to be a job for Ambassador Showband.

Here is what the lovely couple had to say about our service and the bands performance:

We used the Ambassador’s 16 piece band for our wedding and honestly, they were above and beyond all expectations!!! Right from the start Geoff (band manager at Like it Live) made sure we were happy with everything. When the actual day came they created our dream party atmosphere, the band as a whole had so much energy and really made everyone want to dance – our dance floor was packed for the whole evening! The musicians were incredible and so in sync and the vocals were mind blowing and just out of this world! We couldn’t have chosen a better band if we tried! If you’re all about the music you don’t need to look any further than the Ambassador’s! Thank you for making our wedding so perfect – we love you!

Gaby & Alex, Jewish Wedding at The Langham in London – 25th August 2019

Format & Production

For this wedding Ambassador were booked as a 16 piece showband to perform throughout the evening with entrance music, Israeli dancing, dancing between dinner courses and a long 75 minute party set at the end. As the Chuppah ceremony was in the same room as the evening dinner and dancing, we had to have everything brought into the venue for 10.00am and fully set before the chuppah at 3.00pm. We supplied full production and engineers including a state of the art 8K L-Acoustics sound system, impressive lighting show and bespoke custom staging. We also supplied wireless microphones for the Chuppah ceremony musicians, the Rabbi, the Toastmaster and for speeches as and when needed.
